I wanna ask a question:
Now I placed an order with one dealer, however, it has been 4 weeks and it is still sitting in 1100 status. I am not happy at all.
Should I try to place another other for a different dealer? so that whichever order is picked up first, i can cancel the other one?

That is an option. But first before you do. Why not give Joe a chance to get your Camaro. He delivers/ships nationwide. Or your can fly/drive in and then drive your new Camaro home.

But if you don’t want to go that route. Ask your original ordering dealer do they have allocation or not. If the dealer doesn’t have allocation then your order will sit there. You also need to see if they will let you cancel and what sort of negative effects, if any, there are. Then if you shop around at another dealer, first thing to ask is, “do you have allocation for [insert year, make, model, trim]?”

But it wouldn’t hurt to call and ask to speak to the fleet manager or ordering manager at your dealership to see what’s going on.

Thank you Sir. I think you are right. Joe is the guy to talk to now.
Lucky thing is that i did not pay any deposit, so I can just cancel the order without any cost.

Does anyone have an idea what the rough timelines are between status 3800 and vehicle actually shipping?
