The repair procedures are in the link Gen5diy posted above. 2 of the trouble points are very easy to see by simply opening the hood. The third requires the car in the air with the lower splash panel removed.

Exactly how I feel, honestly I don’t understand how the service techs and salesman work at these dealerships, none of them know jack. Last I checked when I was in sales knowing your product inside and out was most important.
