Prices...

My 2020 LT1 new out of Alberta in June of 2020 was $42,000. plus HST

Traded it in July of 2022 for $44,000 and ordered a new 1SS A10 which was delivered March 1st of 2023 and was $53,000 plus HST. ( Thankfully was locked in when ordered )

Prices have gone through the roof...

That’s actually an amazing deal. 66k Can translates to 48k usd. You’re not getting a 2023 2ss 1le for anything less than 50k and 50k is pushing it.

Wait until we do the conversion math for the ZL1 CE into USD. I'm not going to jinx it yet until it's home in the garage...

Don’t open the excel sheet on the tracking thread then, I’ve got a rough calculation for all the Canada CE’s in a column

My dealer in Southwest Ontario returned my deposit to me today for a 2024 1LE manual because GM doesn’t have any more allocations for Canada. He said he talked to GM and they said they will no longer be building Camaros after November. They never clarified if it’s because they can’t get parts or the strike or what, but production for 2024 sounds pretty bleak.

I just got a call from the dealership. Mine has shipped and should be here in 3 weeks. I put deposits down at 3 dealerships and I got the lowest end one. I did 1ss, 2ss and LT1. I could have just got one off the lot, but if you're paying msrp anyway, why not just order one without 7k worth or useless options. That was my reasoning.

Lots of 2024's

Car Gurus currently has 71 V8 Camaros available across Canada. $82,689 for the most expensive 2SS and $83,588 for the least expensive ZL1 ?

Auto trader is showing 66 with 50k for a 2023 white lt1 as lowest and 93k for a 2023 zl1. Both have real pics and on lots.

This data is misleading. A lot of these cars are sold orders which are in the system and may be in transit or shipping soon. I contacted a number of dealers across Canada based on this data and they were all sold orders. Also, none of the 4 1LE SS cars on this list are available, they’re all sold.

Since they don't give a lot of option info how were you able to find out which were the 4 LE cars ? I called a dealer locally that advertised one with the LE option and the price seemed like it was a deal. Salesman called me back to say that it did not have the option and told me that I probably knew more about these cars than he did .

The dealership actually got my order in. They are one of the biggest Chev dealers in the city and were only able to get four 2024 Camaros, I was one of them.
