And now I'm getting it. I was actually looking into getting a saturn sky, but this is great! Just hope the car doesn't have the GM learn down tune.

I'm waiting to see the 1LE version of the 2.0T before I do anything.

That's what I'd like to see to be honest. Apparently Al said that there will be parts available, but not necessarily a 1LE like the V6. I created a Turbo 1LE thread in the 1LE sub-forum. We can still speculate, but we don't know for sure. Like you, I would like to see a 1LE. It doesn't make sense how they could only offer it on the the V6 version. If anything, the Turbo 1LE makes more sense than the V6 1LE.

Has anyone gotten one with the 8 speed yet? Guess I'm old and partial to the auto. Had lots of sticks in my life so the A8 in any of the Camaros is my choice. My Malibu turbo won't come close to running with the T4 turbo Camaro. Its gonna be a pretty neat ride I think.

It's a huge help for a turbo vehicle. I've used it around 50 times. I rarely 1-2, mainly the 2-3, and sometimes a 3-4. On the SSTC boost drops from 23 to single digits but it's the right amount to keep that turbo going and be a pretty smooth transition. You've got to train your brain to keep WOT while shifting but that only takes a few attempts to get good, fun when you nail a perfect NLS.

After a coupl thousand miles I have additional thoughts. The 8" Infotainment screen is sad, as it washes out during bright sunlight. A lawsuit in the making so if Chevy Customer Service sees this please let the GM attorneys know the need to prepare defenses and the bean counters know to start saving funds for the lawsuits sure to follow.
The exhaust does not meet the need of a sporting car partisan. Notice I said partisan non aficionado. I am sure the after market will come up with an answer. Coolant temp is in the 190* to 194* range, which surprised me in a good way. Wonder how much of that is related to the heavy duty cooling or to the front splitter? Handling is excellent. For the moment I am deferring considering suspension tweaks but we shall see. I am impressed by the curb alert system Rodgers installed. I have a long history of battling curbs and you can guess who wins. No pictures and if there is one post that this thread is useless without pictures, depend upon it, there will never be any unless the poster apologizes or the post is deleted. I absolutely hate those posts and see no reason to take such seriously. One of my many prejudices.. Laborsmith |

No. I believe there is a difference that puling a fuse would not address. But I might depending on how this progresses. I am a firm believer in using a resonator in the exhaust system, because I tried eliminating the resonator once and will never do that again and I see the fuse pull mentioned as such.
