That's not the factory diffuser is it? Because I need that when my black 2SS arrives. Flat black on that looks far better than gloss black.

Given that the red headlights will not be available from GM directly since it is not street legal, can we add after market lights to give it this look or even that is illegal... and why is it illegal?
