Just saying... by the pictures you posted it is far from tan and is for sure not Kalahari. Want to make sure people are not walking away from this thread calling that Kalahari is all.

Correct me if I am wrong but the Kalahari interior has black carpet and floor mats. The ones at the plant are lighter colored. The only configuration that has lighter color flooring pieces is the ash Grey interior. This would lead me to believe the one that came to your work was Grey interior.

If I am wrong, someone let me know.

That pic was taken in a yellow light don't think it'd gray.

Guys if the interior of this car that I looked at & sat in for almost 2 hours is Ash Gray then the gray is so light that it appears tan.

Again not refuting that it isn't a light tan or odd color gray or trying to call you a liar. Just pointing out it's not Kalahari

You saw what you saw. As this looks to be a CTF car, who knows what material they used or what color it was. If it was a light tan, its not a color being offer in the production cars.

It's stunning. Very tight very sharp. I got to watch my Plant Manager drive it out of the lot. The visuals captivate you while the sound of the LT1 makes your insides feel all mushy.

They must've tried Tan on this CTF. If you see we got the floor mats dirty really quick. It's not a color I would choose. Whatever color it is the interior is amazing.

See thats the point I was trying to make. If you go to the configurator on the chevy website and look at all interiors possible on a 2SS, you will see that all options have black mats and carpeting...except for ash Grey which is a lighter color that matches the seats. Same with the headliner.

Is it possible, if it was Kalahari, that this was a test vehicle and they put Kalahari carpets and mats in too? I don't know. But if it was Kalahari, the production model would not come with those footwells in that color.

It's ash grey. No need to get defensive. Maybe the interior lighting messed when the color.
