Y4Q is not an LPO, so builds with the package roll off final assembly so equipped.

It should be noted there are differences between the Y4Q brakes and the LPOs.

But the requirement to option up from the 18" wheels do tell us the Y4Q brakes are similar to a big brake after market kit.

I noticed that too. But after checking with multiple sources including GM chat, they gave me the VIN of car at a local dealer with RS and Y4Q. Dealer confirmed and actual picture of the car shows badge/chrome remains unchanged.

With RS package, Y4Q charge is $485 and 5 spoke wheels (even the RTH -Black) is $100

So go for it!
