What is the TSB number for the rear differential groan?

I searched but could not find it for the life of me :/. Car is going in for service tomorrow and figured I could get two for one tomorrow - it is horrible sounding now at this point.

Def not a tire rub - it only does it after startup when I start moving after sitting a while and then stops after first minute
