So we are not able to leave the bowtie in the factory location, it must be moved higher on the trunk lid to make this work? I think that will be a deal breaker for most considering it will probably require bodywork to fill in the hole left by the original bowtie, no?

The bowtie as well as all of the badges are secured by adhesive. There are no holes underneath. They are easy to remove with a heat gun (low setting) or a hair dryer and some fishing line.

Okay good deal... It was just large enough that I thought it might have screws behind it. Obviously a hole will need to be drilled in the new location for the camera wiring.

Do you have a link to this front view camera for the 18s?

It's pricey, but I've been looking at it just for everything it offers and the fact that it integrates as factory installed.

Would you sell the rear view camera kit without the rear spoiler? Basically everything and then just send the rear camera loose for modification?
