I am very frustrated to say the least, what suggestions might you guys have to try and get this issue fixed? Obviously it is an issue that this transmission has and needs to be addressed.
Go to a different dealer.

Pardon the naive question, but did you ask for a tech to ride with you while you reproduce the issue, or did they just drive the car without you and came back saying they couldn't repro it? I guess you know exactly how to trigger the shudder, right?

Dealer told me today that the picoscope indicated no problem with the TC/Transmission. Said it's a tire out of balance. The vibration happens when I'm on the gas, mainly between 1200-1400 rpm ( regardless of what gear its in).

Sound like a correct diagnosis by the picoscope?

That sounds like bull crap to me and I’d take it to another dealership if at all possible. Seems like an out of round or balanced issue tire would almost creat the same vibration or shutter at all times and not specific to gear and speed. My shutter while it only seemed to happen at low speeds, 40-55 MPH, it didn’t happen all the time and only on occasions on the Interstate between 55-65 MPH.
I know since the flash and flush and all seems to be really good and I’m happy! I’m right at 4,612 on the car and it runs really good!

a tire imbalance is usually speed dependent, not rpm dependent.

having said that, I did have some tires (stock ones with ~20k) that were in bad shape due to not being able to rotate them. I had them road force balanced, and one from the front, and back, couldn't be brought within spec. this created a "pulsing" vibration when at speed that felt super close to when I had the beginnings of the shudder, but it happened at speed regardless of gear, acceleration, rpm, etc.

Recently bought this car and within a few days noticed the shudder. Took to dealer and the triple flush (TSB 18-NA-355) was performed but I still notice shudder. Dealer says I need to "drive car for 200 miles to complete repair." Isn't this fix supposed to be instant or can it improve over time? If still exists after 200 miles is torque converter next step? Thanks for any info

I was also told 200 miles, although mine worked immediately and seems to be OK after several hundred miles.

Mine worked right away, almost 1000 miles after flush/TCM relearn, all is good.

Expecting to get a new torque converter at this point. Hopefully they won't give me any trouble. Not really sure yet how competent this dealer is

355 isn't the triple flush. So, I'd check to see if they used the correct new fluid because if they used the wrong TSB, that one doesn't specify the new fluid. Triple Flush won't hurt if the used the new fluid though, but you would be the first to not see an immediate improvement with the new fluid. Occam's razor, and hopefully not a bad omen for the rest of us.

I had the "flush" done on my 16 2SS last week. So far so good! The tranny shifts like never before. The "flush" was taken care of under warranty. I will post if anything changes................

Mine is still going strong, took a mountain road trip yesterday, about 1200 miles on it since the flush and drove/shifted great yesterday!
