Awesome! I have spare wheels already for my car, holding off on buying DR's until I see if I get a talking to for being a vert when the track opens this year

I usually only go on test and tune nights where they tend to be a little more lenient anyway

Nope, gonna be a while before I mod. Got a warranty until 60,000 miles. Car currently has a 21,000. Decided I'm gonna shoot for setting stock records for now. I hope to beat the 11.90s run on the fast list thread.

I believe the car set a stock ss convertible record with the 12.2s as I could not find anything recorded around that time except for modded convertibles running 12.0-12.2s.

If anything this car will be modded to be a show/date night car that can run 12.0 consistently for competition.

Thanks for the thread. Looks like I got 0.077 seconds to kill off my time. Might have to stick my 150 lb buddy in the car with a 1/8 tank of gas and watch him break into the 11.'s That would be almost 150 lbs of weight loss lol

If got drag radials I think I should be able to tie that 11.95 time.

This was at Bandimere with a 9,200 DA. Cars best time was at TX2K 9.6 at 144, but was having bad intake temps, loosing timing. This run and TX2K runs can be seen on 2JZ's coverage of SCT 21 in Denver and TX2k21.

Well AMP built a C7 convertible that a guy from Israel commissioned them to do and he wanted the FASTEST C7 convertible in the world. Specifically he wanted it to run in the 7's in the quarter mile. AMP built it and tested it at ENNIS and it was flown back home to Israel. Below is the link of that car:
