My 1,400 rwhp LTx Build

So here it is, this is for my tube chassis Grand National, not my Camaro, but it's still an LTx none the less.

LT1 Block
- Hardblok to the water pump
- LT4 Crank
- Carillo Pistons
- Callies Rods

Custom Cam spec'ed by me
- VVT Delete
- C5R chain
- T&D Rockers
- Manton Pushrods

Stock LT1 head castings
- Manley Valves
- PAC Extreme Springs

Procharger Intake Manifold
- 92mm Throttle Body
- 210#/hr injectors

The engine will be fed with a pair of Precision 7675 CEA turbos and backed by a 4L80E, all controlled by a Holley Dominator. I am currently working on building the turbo headers and mounting the turbos so that I can start on the hot side.

Are you getting the heads reworked with new seats, guides, and valves?

Deff should do that for sure. Better take care of that thrust bearing issue also trying to make that kinda of hp. Big fuel system required also. I don't know of anyone yet thats made 1400 at the wheels on a Gen5 Lt setup.

Doug's Nova made 1,600 whp on a Gen V LT setup with a very similar build turned way down. LME has made North of 2,000whp with them.

We are running a Aeromotive 10 GPM pump, we have ALLLLLLLLLL the fuel lol.

Was that the 70 nova on drag week? That car was very fast for sure but I'd never heard anything about his power level. Thats very impressive, he was the first in the 7s if I remember correctly. Cool, go for it and I love the G bodies, I built a 6.0 82 Malibu about 5 years ago and loved it was a fun ride.

Yes sir, that was him. Was the first LT to the 7's and he did it fighting DI the entire time. His car has gotten even faster since ditching all the DI garbage and they have really innovated a lot of stuff when it comes to the LT platform, especially swapping them into other vehicles.

It sure is but I wanted him to see my G Body I built before the Lt1s came out. Yes I built if for a single turbo but go bored and traded it for a C5. I was the dumb ass for sure. But good spot on that one King.
