Sunroof Questions
Hi,
I'm wondering if the sunroof option changes the front or rear sheet metal profile of the roof? Does the higher area above the driver and passenger remain when the car is equipped with a sunroof Also is there a significant sacrifice to interior head room? Thanks, Tyrolblue67 |

No changes in the sheet metal profile. The interior lining compensates for the sunroof. About 1.5 inches of headroom is lost.

The higher area of the driver and passenger sides is lost with the sunroof.

It is. But I believe it's actually the lower center portion that is lost with the sunroof. Except of course, when it's open, lol.

You lose the reverse mohawk with the sunroof option. Initially I was going to forgo the sunroof as I wanted the more aggressive roof line, but I like having it. It's nice for cruising around town and on long sunny drives.
