Apologies for pooping on your thread X-Factor.

Are there many from HTCC planning to make the drive up here? I've been away from the fun that is (at least up here) car clubs and drama but I would certainly enjoy meeting you all.

I think there is a small group going up. Most of them are on the HTCC Facebook group.

rich3fan - Its all good! lol Looks like only a few of us are coming up for the event. We have a time slot of 6:30 pm. From last time we all had to park in the parking lots outside of the track, then once they opened the gates they lined us up. Then we just waited for our time slot. Come on out!

I'll be there! My wife might bring her Camaro too, if she's off work in time that day. I usually like to go a little later. It's pretty cool running around the track when the lights are on.

Spoke to Laps for Charity, they suggest since our run time is at 6:30, they said we can line us as soon at 6:00 for our timeslot. I'm going to talk to our President and see if we are locked into that time, or we can just show up whenever. I drove the track with the lights on at night, and your right, it was awesome!

My new hot rod arrived yesterday thanks to BeckyD's awesomeness but unfortunately it's too dirty and I'm too sick to make the event tonight. Have fun all, the weather should be great.

I think the H-Town group runs at 6pm.

Super fun time! Can't wait to do it again! Yup, the State Trooper got a 2fr with us, pulled me and our other friend over for no license plate and tint. He was really nice though, and we both got warnings.

I ended up 3 separate times on the track. Went first with the club and we had a blast! Then on my last session I was able to get on it a little more. I ended up at 116 mph coming out of Turn 1 onto the straight away, say the least my Speed Racer alter ego was going

.. lol Can't wait to do it again!
