When I get home from work I will post the pictures up. But mine cracked on the sidewall that I could see but I haven't been under the car as we have had an ice storm

Now I understand, thanks. Good luck with them (GM). I guess they figure, what's the rush since it's winter and you won't be driving-not trying to make excuses for them.

that is true but it would be nice to get it flatbed over to the paint correct guy and the one that is doing the PPF. This way the car is ready to go for the spring. They also shouldn't base the CS around the season seems like bad business to me. I am a life long GM owner my father works for GM. In the last 5 years I have bought 6 truck/cars not including this one.

Ordered middle of September, Dealership talked to the Regional Rep who said they would get a ZL1. I wasn't obligated to buy it due to not knowing what my trade value would be(2017 Camaro 2SS).

Re-ordered at the end of October due to they wanted my car to lock in the trade value. I was apprehensive due to my car is payed for and the ZL1 order process being pretty slow, but I signed over the car to them. Four days later they say they don't have room to store it and were worried about the tires, so I am storing the car for them in my garage, which I'm happy about since if things go south at least I have my car.

And I was told the same thing, spring delivery.

My dealer told me they were allocated 5 ZL1's 1 of which being a 1LE (which I got) they're a pretty big dealer Ontario Motor Sales in Oshawa, I don't think they are giving me the run around or that the car won't come, I just had a really recent order. Tried to get one from the dealer here in town who DIDN'T have a allocation and kept my deposit for over a month which delayed my order with another dealer until I could have my money returned.

These are great cars with limited supply, so I guess the run around is inevitable. Only deal with someone you can trust otherwise it's a long wait to be disappointed. As for the tires cracking I think it has been mostly the sidewalls and quite obvious.

That would be nice if they did that.

My dealer had allocation of 2 and I took one, to my knowledge they havent sold the other allocation as of yet.

However I was told late early spring delivery, looks like it might be late spring?

Can’t remember when I ordered mine. The salesperson didn’t know what I was ordering. She knew it was a Camaro. Neither did the sales manager. But they were willing to learn and listen. It’s a long story but the sales manager had to inquire about getting an allocation. Turns out they got 2!!!
One was for a 1LE version which I ordered. I almost pulled the pin and bought the second one as this car will eventually go to one of my kids unless...... unless it turns out to be a lemon. Hate saying that but it does happen from time to time.
Hope I didn’t just jinx myself.

I was also told it would be spring /late spring. Which I’m fine with as I don’t want my car arriving with all this shite on the road.
Gives me time to gather a couple parts for it.
I ordered mine from John Bear in Hamilton Ontario. My sales lady is champ. She was crying when we were placing the order. She and her sister used to pit crew for her dad as he was a professional race car driver.
She was pretty emotional about it. It’s a dream come true for myself that’s for sure!!!!!!
