Ted,
I have a SS with the Lt4 blower, complete LT 4 fuel system, and your blower cam, 7/8” LT’s, JRE fuel booster, CAI. Would this kit work on my car and could I expect the similar Gaines?

Thanks,

Ray

Good Morning Ray, this package is for the ZL-1 Models.

Some of the Items in this package are compatible with your car like 95mm Throttle body and our Flex fuel sensor kit along with new tuning.

Feel free to call me for a consultation. 203-753-7223

Im really interested in your road course data, and testing there. are you seeing a major decrease in MAT temps with the E mix?
Did you happen to log MAT on the RC (Road Course) prior to the modifications?

In essence wouldn't porting the blower and the larger TB but with a stock pulley help lower the MAT even more as you would just be freeing up the HP and decreasing the boost input (Resistance)?
our problem is we are in the south, with extreme heat and here we are in 70* weather, and seeing MAT @ 168/173 already not even pushing hard...

Because it is HPDE we are not allowed to have any logging equipment in the car but I can tell you with 100% certainty that the car didn't lose 1 ounce of power over the 20 minute sessions.

Again we do not raise boost therefore no additional heat is generated and the engine can now breath so IAT is reduced any time you can do this.

I picked up 6 MPH down the front Straight and I have not really taken advantage of all the new found power.

I am 100% confident your car will benefit even more than mine does in this northeast climate.

Ted.

yea we just hook up the HP Tuner box and log with it then review after.
I think a lot of our heat comes from the few additional pounds of boost with the 2.3 upper or if it is a natural situation regardless. we made the mistake of not logging track conditions prior to the mods

No question spinning these blowers faster will generate a lot more heat, we already knew this from all the covettes that were failing on the road coarse.

This is why I took the approach I did.

Agreed, I think we will go bck down to a 2.50" upper and add the Flex and E50 mix approach.

Very curious to see MAT changes

All this on just E60 as the max, no need for Ignite E98?

E60 is more then enough octane for full timing on these cars at theses boost levels.

Correct and as we get past E60 the fuel system starts to get taxed.

Ted

My question is more about headers and how is the under hood heat etc. adding headers.

What would the looses/gain just keeping the stock manifolds on a ZL1.

I know from your video there a bottle neck/small exit.

I love the E85 part I been pushing this fuel for more than 10 years now.

Our recommended Coated Headers emits less heat than factory manifolds.

42 RWHP difference.

Yes these engines love good fuel.
