No updates from Joe in a few days, Hoping he is Ok...
Since joining the forum I haven't seen Joe not give an update for this long.
Hoping someone can confirm he is ok...?

He’s probably just annoyed at all the people bugging him for weekly status updates that already have tpw’s scheduled a month out. Not to mention all the new 2023 orders that people are already being impatient about when 23 production doesn’t even start for another month. Give the guy a break.

Hopefully all is well with him. He deserves time away I’m sure. Joe has been extremely kind to help everyone with status updates, and compared to the normal dealership sales persons he goes far and beyond, he picked it up from Becky and IMO he’s done a tremendous job providing status updates while working with customers at his dealership. I agree with other posts in here. Patience is a virtue. I ordered my car November 13th with no constraints, waited until January for the dealer to get allocation, run through the processes, and picked it up from the dealer April 8th.

Maybe there should be a new rule that you're only allowed to ask for updates when you are 2000 status or further. And to refer to Chevy Chat until then. This way it would be less overwhelming for Joe with update requests.
Thats what I did before asking Joe for the first time. Hardest part would be getting people to read and follow the rules.

The people who know are keeping the reason(s) private, so I don't think you'll get a solid answer here. Obviously whatever it is requires some privacy. We only know that it has been implied he will be back at some point in time.

Hope he's doing well and just taking a well deserved break. He was running the busiest thread on this forum for free and helping the community in memory of his wife. He's definitely missed on here.
