Who will be attending with SCDA? I will be there instructing and always looking to help out any novice/intermediate drivers looking to get into HPDE.

I will be there, running inter 1 which I believe they now group solo novice/ inter 1 together. Coming out with a group of friends assuming dry, or mostly dry weather. A ZL1 1LE, a Z/28, a SS 1LE, and a Z06

I will be there as well as an SCDA instructor in a red 2019 ZL1 1LE. I am getting new tires and brake pads put on for the event since I don't think I can make a 2 day event without Them. See you guys there.

It was a pleasure meet you gentleman with the 1LE's. Such gorgeous cars with presence, scary presence. I must say the cars are phenomenal on the track, they certainly look hooked up.
I made up my mind and decided to keep my E92 M3 because its just an attachment thing I guess, but after setting my new personal best lap record, I doubt I can push the 1LE as hard as my BMW. Not saying you cant push the 1LE 10/10's but its a heavy car and consumables would rape me in the end. I ran consistent 2:06's and even got into high 2:05 once.....the traffic was just too much in our group. After being behind a 1LE, yes they are fast in the straights but in technical area's I always catch them. My 3rd time being at the Glen, I am eager to go back and nail a 2:03, heck maybe 2:01, I still would love to test a 1LE on the track. Love that car and wouldn't mind having one in the future while putting her on a bit of a diet. For now I'll wait until any issues arise with the automatics...in the mean time i'll keep enjoying my BMW. |

You just need a longer trailer to fit the BMW and the 1LE!, Your car is sweet, I wouldn't get rid of it either.
