Dash Rattle Question

So i been researching and reading and seen the radio being brought up, unfortunately pressing on or pulling my radio bezel does not cure this rattle. So it seems to be coming from the defroster vent central rear dash pad. Im getting a loud plastic on plastic vibration going over rough roads. Had anyone gone through to fix that specific area of vibration. I seen the chrome bezels on the vents an the radio bezel fix, but cannot find anything on this one. Any help would be awesome!

had the same issue, took it to the dealership and told them about it and they fixed it. Said they pulled the vent out and put some flocking tape on it and put it back in.

I would rather do it myself, any idea how to remove the center vent? I cannot seem to find and write-ups?

I'm having the same rattle issue out of the center vent -- did you ever find a way to get the vent cover off?

I thought mine was the same thing but realized it’s the HUD trim piece just loose as all hell.
