Same here. Dealer got parts in last week after 3 weeks of waiting. Now I've been waiting for them to have time to do the job. Sigh

As mentioned above, I discovered last night while cleaning the car that the passenger seat recline was stuck. This morning, I tried it again but this time I (not real gently) pulled the seat back forward as I pressed the recline button in the upright direction. It seemed to come loose and now has it's full range of motion again.

I am not expecting that to be a long term fix, but... fingers crossed.

The seat frame on the passenger seat is being replaced in mine as I type. The dealer ordered a new seat frame three weeks ago. I dropped the car off this past Tuesday. The tech has been working on the seat frame now for at least two of those days. I don't know if it is that difficult to fix or the tech has no idea what he is doing. All the repairs they were doing was supposed to be a one day job.

Have seen only one where the passenger seat reclined maybe 2 in. more than the driver seat. But still not a full recline.

Are we saying that the passenger seat should recline fully? Or is the OP not able to recline the seat at all? Ours does recline, but just not all the way like the 5th gen did.

If that is a question to me, no they weren't. Good point. I had a 1SS with only one option.

It was just a question in general. I figured with a motorized recline there has to be a limit.

Be nice if the Chevrolet customer service rep would come on and let everyone know if the power seats are supposed to fully or partially recline so we can put this issue to rest. Those that don't work properly can then get it repaired.

Not sure she could tell, they wont give you any product info, they are just a tool to comm with a dealer. Mine reclines the amount i need to drive comfortably. I have no problem. My seat is set low, and slightly ahead of the stop and the rear back reclines at about the 70 degrees mentioned here. I am 6’2, 230, normal waist to head proportions.
