They tried a few fixed on mine, but now they are sending a newlyear designed unit to my dealer. I am told cars with a green mark have the new units installed already.

There is a handful of guys with the "green mark" replacements, some have even posted pics showing the green mark... Rattle continues. I'm hoping this gets resolved ASAP. So far there is no working fix by GM. (Fingers crossed)

To all those that are on this thread responding that they have no rattle. Could you post when your car was built?

I'm not overly worried. For me I am happy to have my car with the rattle then if I had to wait for them in qc to fix it... It's such an easy replacement for the techs. It should be no prob when they get it done

Not that easy, so far Chevy has produced 2 failed fixes... 1 was some "lube", the 2nd was "replacement unit with green mark".

3rd times a charm?

They will get it. They have used them for years on the c6 and c7. They just need to get the right attention on the issue. We don't know what the vendor situation is...are they modifying current stock? Are the new systems off the exhaust factory line totally different? with time they will get it. I'll wait until then to have it replaced.

The system runs under the axle, with a lift, it would take 15 min tops

Yeah green mark update has definitely not solved the issue for all. Mine was replaced with one of the first green dots and started rattling away again after a road trip. Mine's at the dealer now. Engineering has been out and modified both sides of it. Engineering said it has to sit over the weekend at the dealer and they will retest on Monday to see if I get it back. I dunno if somthjng they modified has to cure or what. Hopefully this will work
