Dyno Day

So I am happy with the number it put down today. It was a club event and for some reason they only gave us HP numbers but I put down 419 with a roto fab and a soler PP throttle body. Two cars after me was an 18 SS auto with exhaust and besides that stock, she put down 380, everyone says the dyno is stingy but I'm happy.

Good start, unless you are going to stay put?

I would go with the msd ported intake as well it goes great with the tb.

I recently dyno'd mine and got 527 with only a couple more mods then what you have.

527 is nice! Right now I'm trying to keep my warranty in track and dont want to tune it, but I do have e85 everywhere in my area and will go that route for sure when its time

They probably didn't hook up the tach signal. I assume your results are graphed over MPH instead of RPM? No matter, the power curve and numbers are still accurate, and power at any given road speed is the only thing that determines your acceleration. Torque numbers have no meaning in terms of vehicle performance. The shape of the torque curve can tell you how the engine will behave, but not the magnitude (numbers).

Kooks long tubes, ported msd intake, and nick William's 103mm throttle body has transformed this car into everything I wanted..really pulls hard mid range, wider powerband, and great response. Luv it! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?sto...&id=1632797262
