For the cost and trouble to eliminate it as a cause, I would replace the battery before looking at anything else since you know something is wrong there. 15V when the car is off points to the battery as an issue, I would replace it before going down the electrical rabbit hole.

New battery installed. Still no left turn signal and bolts are at 14.7V.

At least that box is checked, but now cooking a new battery.

Well, I am on my 3rd battery took her to the dealer and still can’t figure it out. Now they want to rip the rug out (it’s a convertible) to see if there is any rust causing something to ground. It is a 2011 and only has 24000 miles on it. Battery is dead every 3-5 days. It never said in the rain, with me anyway. I hope this doesn’t cost me too much.
