Chevy had to replace my entire wiring harness. Fixed the issue but then had more codes pop up for the rear end, had to replace another wiring harness as well……

Had some connections and got it all done under warranty

would probably be down 5k+

Haven’t had the car for 4 months now. Picking it up on monday!

Following, as I also had several times this power steering loss with the message "Service Rear Axle". I 've been told on some other threads that there is a TSB that calls for reprogramming the Power Steering Control Module (19-NA-130) and another TSB that relares to a poor connection at the 10-way Power Steering Module Connector, X2, connector (19-NA-026). I might take mine to the dealership some time soon as well.

Fixed, I think. Cut back the tape, a few wires with melted insulation, straighten the harness out, used liquid tape with small paint brush on each wire, wrapped in DEI hi temp tape, then a heat shield, and a small metal tie wrap thru a frame hole. Cleared codes, short drive, non came back... Lucky I hope.

Can you or someone else post a photo of that wire harness and where it is located, so that check mine as well?
