Maybe with the potential expectation that you'll provide the same when it's running.

In case it's not as obvious as I think it is - the "through the hood" TVS2650R was one of the test mules for the 2019 COPO TVS2650R. It's the same system on their LS7s but with a single 109mm TB. We originally had a hood for it then decided it was cooler to have it through the hood - which in turn was a good choice as it did achieve an interesting level of attention.

As for power numbers, not claiming the highest, or the fastest, several other people here are significantly faster than this car.

The TVS2650R Magnum DI fits completely under the hood of a stock C7 Stingray, so it's pretty easy to see that it easily fits under the hood of a ZL1, SS, CTSV, ZO6 etc. Corvette stock hood images images below (this is a stingray hood on a Z06, not the taller Z06 hood):

Attachment 970272
Attachment 970273

As for intercoolers, I don't know about any "Formula 1" technology, that must have been from someone prior to my existence at Magnuson, but I can assure you the temperature benefit that we have ARE partially due to our coolers which have undergone several effectiveness improvements over the last 2 years. We've tested everything on the market and know exactly where any competitor is at relating to intercoolers - they aren't on the same level.
The other benefit is the actual SC design. I might have a bit of advantage here over other aftermarket companies as I spent over 10 years as the Advanced Engineering SC Manager at Eaton - the TVS rotors were conceived and designed by my engineering team, some of which are now at Magnuson.

I also know many of the guys at Edelbrock and I'm not knocking their stuff, I have a different vision and maybe passion than they do, neither is right or wrong, just different.

As for Port Injection, not quite as expensive as you suggest, but it's not inexpensive either - So far the best balance seems to favor about 30% max port injection to maintain the best power, but due to the limits of the DI fuel systems we're at about 50% on our car.

For port injection our Camaro we run:
MAF Fusion controller $589 https://shop.proservsolutions.com/products/maf-fusion
Dodge Hellcat Fuel Injectors ~$400
Good low Side Fuel System ~$1500-$2000

Enjoying the build and looking forward to your results!
Guess the vette owners aren't so lucky..

Almost through the felt liner and had to cut for the pulley..

Are you suggesting those images (of trimming a plastic hood vent and liner) are parallel with cutting a hole, of what looks to be nearly 2-square feet, through the actual hood itself? I can't yet find a 2650 from Edelbrock for a Corvette. I could be missing something... Mike had said, in the video introducing their 2650, that it wasn't a direct bolt-in, and you can, in fact, see them remove the insulator (although, it was pretty much a flash, ha).

Does anyone know if the e force 2300 accessories will work with the e force2650? Sorry if this has been discussed.

Both manuals are listed on Edelbrock's site to ck for those items. On the 2nd or 3rd page its list parts and numbers. The coolant reservoir has changed and placement.

I was looking at both manuals and it seems most of the accessories are the same, other than the tmap harness and the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger hoses don't worry me, but I wonder why nobody has tried to swap the 2300 for the 2650?

Should work just fine just hose routing and hood clearance

Another well-known GM tuner has an 1100-RWHP from many months ago. 2650s run pretty well.

From a couple prior episodes, Fran hated older E'forces (I think that was prior to the revision on the 5th Gen cars), but he's had nothing but good to say about this generation of 2650s. He's put them on high-profile clients' cars, most of which have bene CTS-Vs. I haven't noticed many ZL1s (I think because Whipples might be pushed a little more) with E'Forces from them yet, but they put up at least the same power as the Whipples, and both require cutting the hood to a degree. They don't make much of a deal about it. It would have been nice to see how much they cut from the hood, but it doesn't matter, really. If the customer is cool with it, then kudos. It made good power though.

Fran doesn't like Edelbrock for LS anything...LT the have had good results with the 2650. The CTS-V is the only car they fit on without modifications.

Who cares about a hood I say.. i know I'm a broken record but the cheaper price and if you were to do the port injection over the xdi.. i could but 2 new hoods even 3 or so Anderson hoods.
