Google Sketchup
I was inspired by ddavis's project to model his Camaro. Cool stuff! You should really check it out: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108712. I've started using Google Sketchup to model my own Camaro. I took a significant shortcut by downloading a Camaro component made by c-to da-j from Google's component warehouse and am in the process of modifying it to match my own Camaro. Despite the shortcut, its going to take a while. Just fooling around with the colors and creating the "RS" symbol took me a long time. Its an amateur's project in-work.
I was surprised by how few Camaro models there were in Google's warehouse. I guess I was expecting to see some more recent ones. I'm wondering if anyone else has created a sketchup model, but maybe they haven't uploaded it? |
