Hahaha the phone convo I had with these guys was pretty pleasant, not to mention the great savings. Normally I avoid phone calls but you can't argue with the reason! saving $$$$!!

im not a savy forum user, didnt realize there were policies in place for this. Im just not used to using phone much anymore, I have day off next week , ill try to call.
