So, can the 95mm LT5 (with adapter plate) bolt up to the stock intake manifold (without porting)?

I know you need to port or upgrade the IM to maximize your gains with the larger TBs, just wondering if there is a clearance issue or if the LT5-to-LT1 adapter plate allows a direct fitment to the intake manifold.

If you do not want a tune you need to get a ported stock TB. I recommend the Soler Performance unit. If you want a tune then go with a ported 95 to save some mulah. If money is of no worry and you want the most performance and are going to tune get the 103mm. With anything more than a ported stock unit you are almost guaranteed to get a check engine light and limp mode during part throttle accel.

I've got a tuner and custom tunes available, just concerned that if I try to bolt a 95mm TB up to the stock manifold, that it won't physically fit?

Our 95mm has the WOT flow area of a 100mm TB and it comes with an Adapter kit specific to your manifold, whether stock, ported, or aftermarket. Just let us know which one. Shown below with an adapter for stock manifold. Thanks!

Any data on CFM capabilities across the rpm range for the Soler 87mm with half shaft delete/max effort vs the Soler ported 95mm etc?

I’ve got an LT5 TB with adaptor plate for sale along with a
Flex fuel setup if you’re interested. Also selling an AEM OBD II 02 gauge setup for tuning the E.

We are upgrading our flow testing capabilities and tooling up for it, we are at more than 90% completion, a lot of little details and things to do. But, yes, you'll soon be able to see what you are asking for and much more. Thanks.
