Favorites on Dash Call Screen?

I've searched the owner's manual and the forums and still haven't been able to figure this out!

On the dashboard in the Phone section, one of the options besides "Recent Calls" and "Contacts" is "Favorites". I have a few people set as favorites in my device, but they don't display here. I can't find any means of marking contacts as favorites within MyLink or the dash. Anybody have an idea how to make it work? (Sorry for the blurry pic )

Generally I use the voice controls to make calls, but the darn thing (and most people I'm speaking to) can't understand me on the highway for "road noise"

Not sure, but why not set some of your contacts as a favorite on radio screen? Then with one touch you can call out.

For the record, once I added my favorites per the video above, they now show up on the gauge cluster too
