I DD mine, with the current mods (see signature) no issues, about 16-18K a year. I'm in South Florida with an M6, I look forward to my drive every morning. I'm 5'10, 185lbs. I've never gotten uncomfortable in this car.

I noticed you have a VVT3 cam. Does your car have good daily driver manners with this cam, and did you get a good bump in power?

I drove my 1LE daily for about 9 months, about 15 miles a day.

I have had my '17 A-10 for about three weeks now. It had 43K miles on it when I bought it. I flew to Dallas TX to pick it up and drove it back to Charleston SC. I had no problems with the Recaro seats on the 15 hour trip and I am 6'1 ~230. It wasn't intended to be my DD, but it has been because it is so much fun to drive; about 60 miles round trip for work. Also evening runs for errands pretty much every night.
I took in in last week for the 45K mile service and the dealership said it was in perfect condition and just needed a slight alignment. I love this car so far and always look forward to time behind the wheel. |

Grew up in Miami so I know all about your traffic down there. You don't get much cool weather to pick up free hp down there. But how much different is the car now with your mods? Happy with them?

Late to the party, but mine is daily driven... Sort of.
I am a sysadmin for a big company and I work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. I drive my ZL1 to work unless it is raining, snowing (yes, we do occasionally get snow in NC), or below 30 degrees out. I have had my ZL1 for just over a year now and have 9400 miles on her. She makes a great daily driver. My commute to work is 17 miles each way. Been averaging 14.3mpg because there are a shitload of traffic lights. But, a few months back I drove it to Charleston, SC and was getting 23mpg on I-95 averaging 90mph. So, I cannot complain.

Yes sir, honestly it drives like stock, the tune is dead on! I have zero surging and zero issues, you feel a little more engine movement while sitting still. With this setup I put down 690 RWHP and 666 TQ
