Oxygen Sensor o2's burned - throwing codes
hi all,
about 7 months ago i installed the TSP headers and also installed their Cats as well, with a secondary cat delete, i replaced the o2 sensors with new ones and after about 4-5 months later they burned out, and ill need to replace them again. Anyone know why this is happening? i am on e85 but have not been running on it for almost 3 months now because of winter so i just run on 93. Also its throwing codes and the car sometime goes on limp mode if i accelerate hard. here are the main codes. P0443, P0458, P0506, P06DA. I know my tune is shit and i plan on going to pray but i need to get this resolved first before i can so if anyone has any experience and can help would be awesome. My current tuner is useless and pretty much screwed me over. He had experience with M6 but has little to no knowledge in A8s, so anything here can help please. i have data logs as well. so if anyone wants to see them i can upload them. thanks all.

None of those codes have anything to do with the O2 sensors. Those are EVAP codes, low idle code, and an oil pressure code.

Do you know what I can do to fix that issue? What is exactly wrong? It’s also throwing the heated oxygen sensor which is for the 02s.

To piggy back on top of Alpha's question since its semi related and I am running TSP headers...
I noticed this in my log today, B2S1 doesnt seem to respond the same as B1S1. I am guessing this is possibly a sign that specific o2 sensor is going bad? I ordered 2 new ones today just incase. I will report back when I get them and put them in.

its almost impossible for both o2 sensors to burn out at the same time so it has to be a loose connection...……………………………...most likely a ground wire

I ended up putting in 2 new o2's since they were cheap enough to replace, and I was installing my wideband at the time as well so why not. The old ones were working fine, it was just bothering my OCD seeing them differ in the logs in both waveform and trims.
Trims are closer now +/- 1.0% typically. and the wave forms seem to match now the few times I checked. Kinda of a non issue, but for $50 good routine maintenance i suppose.
