I still don’t see gears from Richmond or Motiv (are they owned by the same company?)

Here’s an alternative.

You'll want the v6 1LE 3.27 diff which is the beefier unit. They aren't cheap the last time I looked.

I’ve read the linked thread you posted way too many times.

Is this the right part number?

Ha thanks for the props. It was fun experimenting with that and my car went 9.84 with the 3.73 unit before I went back to the 2.77 and ran ever so slightly quicker.

To order a v6 1LE diff you need a vin number (which I don't have) of the car. I used a service writer on FB...Jessica...and she was able to pull a vin and order me one. I paid her and had it drop shipped to my local dealer.

I loved the 3.27 unit in the car btw. The 3.73 was a blast to drive on the street too but driving on the highway was a little much with the gearing.

You’re welcome! Thanks for sharing what you did after the swap. I didn’t know you ended up with the 3.27 and ultimately went back to the 2.77. Since all I have left to be “full bolt-on” is headers, I was looking where to spend money next. H/C, FI or the swap you did. Hmmm, decisions/decisions
