True if this person did not have be working on increasing their credit score so they could do a cash out refinance on their home in order to finance a Harvard or MIT or UW Phd education for one of their kids next fall, then yes a C8 could be possible.
TPBM is either in school or thinking about going back to school to earn a college degree. |
