replacing GYF1runflats what ar you guys using fr a jack
Im changing out the Goodyear run flats for Michelin P4S.
Have bought a small compressor and plug kit for trunk. Car has no Jack, what are you guys using in place of the factory scissor jack? Thanks in advance for your help. Tim |

I would suggest a can of Fix A Flat and using your compressor to refill the tire vs. trying to jack it up, removing the wheel, and plugging the tire on the side of the road. At least that would get you back home or to a safe location.
Chevrolet decided to install RunFlats in place of a jack and spare tire set. Most likely for reduced vehicle weight, I'm sure.

Heads up. Fix a flat will ruin your tpms so plan on buying a new one if you use it.

That's a good point, though a lot of companies claim to be TPMS safe. However, that's probably the last thing you're thinking about if you're potentially stranded somewhere.

Even with GYRF I keep a small compressor and plugs on board. Not sure why you would need a jack.
FYI, fix a flat makes sensor safe products. |
