Rear Groan

So my 2017 SS has the rear groan. I dropped it off at the dealership a week ago but the dealership can't get the issue to replicate. I live in SE Texas so it doesn't get cold here often but when it gets cold it groans. I don't understand why the dealership is having such a hard to getting it groan. Any advice on how I can hand this?

Do you have the rear groan all the time? I seem to have a groan when I de-accelerate. Usually around 10 Mph to 0 mph.

I only have it the first 2-3 turns after the car has been sitting on cold days which are few but it still happens here.

GROAN

Mine did it also when cold.Tell him to look up TSB#17-NA- 287. If they refuse to do it,bring it to another dealer or do it yourself. If you leave it go, you will ruin your clutch plates.

I brought them a copy of the TSB but they claim they can not get it to do it again. I guess I will just pay to have the rear diff fluid changed but I want it in the service records that I brought it in for that reason.

i changed it myself and while it's better, the very first turn out of my neighborhood, i still get a very minor groan. not sure how severe yours is, but it may be normal.

Mine just started doing this with the colder temps. First 1-3 turns only. Would have to drop it overnight to the dealer so they can replicate it. That's the main reason I've been putting it off.
