How much percentage off 2019 Camaro?
The local dealer is knocking off 8% between dealer discount and rebates for 2019 2lt 2019 Camaro. This seems like a terrible deal considering a few years ago there were 20% red tag rebate and additional 5% to 7% dealer discount. Is Chevy not producing as many cars now and that's why the rebates are smaller?

Rebates and incentives for Camaro have been on a steady decline, even with the very poor sales numbers. This time of year is also prime sales season for these cars so the cash on the hoods is typically extra thin. It seems the new philosophy at GM is to please the shareholders with max profits regardless of how many shifts are cancelled and plants are closed. The days of keeping plants at full production capacity then putting huge incentives on the hoods to move the metal are long gone....

There are some decent incentives and discounts on leftover 18 models.... $10K plus is definitely possible...

My '19 1SS MSRP was 39,645. Dealer had it listed for $34,995. I had a mustang so got an extra rebate. Before tax/lic was $33,090.
