I think 35. I went with 19" wheels and lowered the car an inch as well. non mrc

If all you do is square up the tire sizes, you'll probably gain a little ultimate grip and sacrifice a little precision. Square up the wheel widths to an absolute minimum of 9.5" - 10" being better for 285/xx - and the precision should come back (plus maybe a little on top of that).

Nothing else should absolutely need to be done, but there are a few things you might want to do in order to optimize the tire & wheel package for your expected use and handling preference. Rather than go into further detail here, I suggest that you just drive the car for a while after making the wheel/tire swap and let it tell you what it needs to do better. Maybe that'll be a little less roll, or a little less nose dive on braking, maybe cambers need to go a little more negative, or maybe the car just understeers too much (or not enough) to suit you. What I'm trying to suggest is to fix identified shortcomings rather than simply throw parts at it and hope. And when you fix something, stop modding until you've found the next thing that needs improvement. Trust me, guessing in advance is very likely to not give you a "spot-on" solution, even when you have a pretty good idea what to expect generally.

What I was thinkin was giving my wife 20x10 and 20x11 mmr z28 20 inch replicas.. 285 all around or do 285 and 306? I just found a deal on real 19 z28 for my 5th gen.

If I'm following everything in your post and sig correctly, hers is the supercharged 6th gen. If that's the case, I'd be more inclined to run the 285/305 combination for just a little margin against, ummm, a little more throttle than intended causing a lot more oversteer than expected.

If it wasn't a forced induction car, I'd encourage 285's all around.

If you're running different sized wheels, I don't think you should be rotating that, even if they're the same size tire.

If you've got an A8 transmission and/or power adders, get the 305's in the rear.
