RPM limit on Predicted Engine Torque Source?

Can anyone advise what it is meaning for?

Just after shifting 2-3 , the throttle is closing and spark advance is minus due to "Torque management"

Two reasons this could happen

1) It is going to RPM limit and it commanded predicted torque (close TB) to bring RPM back down between shifts, this sounds normal but I have never tuned/logged on autos
2) You approached the RPM limit and it commanded predicted torque (close TB) to stop the engine from exceeding the limit

Need to see TqMgtAdv parameter to see how much it commanded for Immediate (spark). It will also pull spark between shifts to help slow the motor down.

Look under Engine/Fuel/Cutoff/DFCO and see if "Control Method" / "Use Predicted "is set to Enabled. This is set to Enable by default on 2016 SS automatics.

This a case of #1

Throttle closed where the rpm was higher, likely was approaching rpm limiter as mentioned.
