GM Recall # N212333800
Recall is for an issue with the calibration of Performance Air Intake Systems (LPO, RVK or 5W7). It states that the ECM may not have been programmed with the calibrations appropriate for the performance air intake system.
Is this really a big deal, or should I just make the appointment and have the ECM updated at the dealership? Models affected 2018 to 2021 Camaro Released Date: 6-24-2021 |

I'll try to just ask them to do nothing and tick it off as completed, I don't even have the intake anymore.
Actually, I'm sure the technician did apply the calibration back then, and the car was just fine, so I don't understand why my car is also part of the recall. They even put the extra CARB compliance calibration sticker on the radiator cover. I'd say if the car runs fine, you aren't down on power or fuel economy, chances are this is a "blanket" recall and you don't need to go in for it either.
