Advice on Pulley Size

Current Setup:

P1X 7 PSI
4.00" pulley
Stock fuel system
Stock cam

Conservative tune 545 RWHP

Mods in January:
LT4 HPFP
LT4 Injectors
Aux low side pump

Question: Can I go another pulley size down and if so to what? What would I expect for boost levels?

I KNOW every car/system is different. Looking for some general advice.

THANKS!

I ran a 3.7 pulley on that setup plus a JMS Bap with no issues. 10 to 10.5lbs boost.

I'm on the 3.9 and it's 8-9 lbs of boost. Thinking about going to the 3.7 to build boost a little quicker.

You can move to the 3.7 with fuel system upgrades, Long tube headers and a new custom tune

The ZL-1 in tank pump and JMS will do a great job at supplying fuel for up to 750 RWHP

Other Items I would suggest if you don't have them.

DSX Baro Break out harness and sensor.

3 bar map sensor.

NGK LTR6IX-11

MSD Wires

Kooks Long Tube headers with green cats.

Let me know If I can be of assistance in your quest for more power.

Ted.

If you use a zl1 in tank and high side pump why would you need the JMP BAP?

Due to system voltage variations that strongly effect fuel pump flow.

They are on every car we build for a very good reason, I have talked about it at length, here, on facebook, and other forums.

Depends on your elevation and what supporting mods you have. Im at 5-5200' running a D1SC 3.7" griptec pulley.. stage 2 intercooler, TSP long tubes and Borla atak "cat" back, MSD intake, NW 103mm throttle body, 91 with AEM meth kit 1000cc nozzle, LT4 fuel system..
Depending on the day im 11-12psi. Made 716whp and 683tq, you should be fine with that setup. Not sure what fuel options you have but we are very limited here in Reno NV and get shitty 91 which is why I added meth on top to help with the octane compensation. It doesn't hurt and is easy to setup in our cars, it would be the only other thing I would suggest to get on there. Im at 15* at WOT with zero knock across the full RPM range. Tuning plays a big role and we are lucky enough to have a pretty solid guy in town
