Owner Satisfaction Level 1-10?

I was hoping some owners would post their overall satisfaction of their Camaros including identifying which model and the mileage or time owned.

I'm considering buying a Camaro 2SS.

10 for satisfaction
2SS A10
Owned one year
9,400 miles as a daily driver.

No flaws. Ran a 12.2 1/4 mile. HUD, MRC and NPP exhaust set to track.

Visibility changed how I drive for the better as I'm now so comfortable with properly adjusted mirrors that I never turn my head anymore... regardless of what car I'm driving. It really occurred to me recently as I did an aggressive merge without hesitation using only mirrors

So far loving it.

2017 2SS Convertible, A8

Picked up 4/13/17 from Rodgers Chevrolet in Michigan, drove 1152 miles home to Central Florida.

Drove strait through, lots of seat time 20 hours. Zero issues the seats are extreamly comfortable, power well you know fast, the exhaust note I love it. The car handles extreamly well, no visibility issues with the top up or down (I am used to driving 4th and 5th gens).

On a scale of 1-10 it's a perfect 12+

Can I do a 11 out of 10? 10 out of 10 best car I have ever owned and the only one that turns into a conversation piece at every fill up, store run, etc. As well as getting waved at thumbs up and little kids? They love this car hot wheels came to life on this generation.

Seriously is incredible you will get hate as well but that's just jealousy... that something in this price range is that dam good.

My 2 cents...

Owner satisfaction

16 2SS owned for 11 months that just hit 4500 miles. It is not my daily driver so I drive it when I want to. 1 recall involving transmission cooler lines. Stealership replaced them so far no issues. It has been all around mechanically sound. I haven't had any rearend, transmission, or electrical issues so I'm thankful. My one complaint about the car is the fogging windshield when the humidity is high. There are numerous threads on that subject.

Acceleration: I give it a 6 because I was impatient and couldn't wait for the 650/650 zl1 with the A10.

Handling: I give it a solid 7 as the car handles well.

Braking: I give it an 8. Mine is 6 piston equipped so it does stop very well with zero fade even when pushing it.

Interior: I give it an 8. I've taken it to a weekend road get away and the seats are comfortable, features are nice, and I'm pleased with the appearance. Mines Kalahari equipped.

9 out of 10: 2016 RS 6cyl, A8, at 7,800 mi.: fun to drive, looks great, good accler., BUT trunk too small (won't fit golf clubs), lack of headroom in back seat, run flat tires noisy (would rather have donut spare), driver's seat not as comfortable as my 2011 Camaro RS, and insufficient rear window visibility.

9 out of 10, had a few paint issues. Love the power and handling better then any I've owned. With just a few mods you can get one into the 11's pretty easy and the 10's with just a supercharger and cold air intake. Just clicked 10,000 since 1/31/16. 15 passes NA and 16 passes since Supercharger and about 2000 miles. Still learning to tune this thing after toohighpsi initial tune.

Just turned 5K miles on mine & I bought it last July. I'm very happy with it, the LT1 engine is a torque monster, the Alpha chassis is really a great platform. Solid, corners well, mine has good workmanship & has been trouble free. I am one of those that never was too interested in the gen5, but the combo of the LT1, Alpha chassis, & all the magazine rave reviews made me consider the Camaro 2SS as a final contender on my list. Really these now achieve supercar performance levels of just a few years ago for far less $.

I give it a 9 so far.

Drive one if you haven't.

18 months, 11000 miles, overall 9 /10......paint is ok, build quality is pure union GM, i.e acceptable but not hi-line quality. V6 is a great engine, A8 good trans.....V6 much cleaner/better looking than V8, imo.......will prob trade for another V6 in 2019.

Fun factor is definitely a 10. The LT1 torque is a blast, handles like it is on rails around corners. Only complaint for me is the headroom in the backseat, with two teenagers and the wife only good for short trips with the 4 of us. So 9 out of 10. 2ss 3,300 miles.

OH YA, 2016, 1SS, a solid 10, owned 9 months, 2000 miles, and dropped about $13,000.00 into it (more performance, BUT YOU DON'T NEED IT) awesome car, buy one!!!!
