Yeah unfortunately it’s looking like we’ll have to get our lawyer involved. Was really hoping that wouldn’t be the case.

I am STILL waiting to receive MY money back from the credit card company! I am not sending MORE money until that happens. It is not my fault we are being told different things by 2 different companies!!! Kinda like the install.....
But, since you want to be a dick, by all means, call your lawyer!!! I have not responded to your messages for the 100x because I have heard nothing new. They are telling me that the money is sitting in PayPal's account waiting for you to request it. And my card company is giving it another week before they request it back.......

Responding would make things a lot easier. Not hearing a response for 3 weeks leaves me to make assumptions. PayPal does not have any funds. It has been withdrawn from our account months ago now.

Not after we "worked it out"! Money has been sitting WITH Paypal. In their account. You have to request it is what I am being told. And for some reason they won't just give me back the money until a certain time is up.......

No reply still. He seems to be purposely scamming now.

Apparently he did a chargeback against his tuner as well saying services not rendered.

Yeah it’s really unfortunate. We’ve given him months now to send the funds back. He has the kit and the money. We offered a free replacement supercharger once he sent money back for kit to which he agreed.

He has still not sent the money back to us and has not responded for over 3 weeks to phone calls, emails or messages unfortunately.

We’ve done everything we can to resolve this amicably.

After hearing he fraudulently filed a chargeback against another company makes me think he planned this the whole time.
