2018 LT1 with RS Package rims upgrade.
Im looking to these rims for a gift to my son for his 2018 LT1.
Is this a direct replacement, or additional modifications are needed? https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-NEW-20-OE...-/352392699714 Thanks in advance. |

It would be much easier if you went with a place like Pk auto designs. They actually list the company's name (MRR), have the proper offset, use the correct lug nuts, install TPMS for you, throw on the recommended tires, mount and balance them. They weigh 30 lbs in front, 31 lbs in rear. Those ebay wheels probably weigh a ton. That's a downgrade IMO.
Anyway, you get the package and install them at home, no mods. I wouldn't trust no-name ebay wheels. https://pkautodesign.com/shop/mrr-m650/ Last edited by JohnCobalt; 10-19-2018 at 02:57 PM. Reason: added link |

The web site doesn't list the manufacturer and I didn't see any manufacturer logo in the wheel pictures. I would be very leery of the wheel quality at that price. Buying wheels out-of-state can be a pain if there is a problem after you receive them. There are numerous posts from people that bought cheap wheels and had problems with the wheel quality. I agree with the previous posts and would pass on these wheels. If you want to buy wheels then find a set from a reputable vendor that are made for the 1LT. There are many good posts in the "Wheel & Tire" section of the Camaro6 forum that will help you find better wheel options for a similar price. Good luck! |
