First off, I don't care what you think. Secondly, if you compare a car to a human you have some very scary issues. I'm not so sensitive that I can't take it when someone doesn't like what I do though. Not everyone one likes my cars ,and I have been ribbed about some of them by people on keyboards and in person. Life is too short to care what they think. I buy them for me not them. If you love the 19 good for you. I hope enough do to keep the Camaro alive, but I'm not going to pretend to like it either. Has it ever crossed your mind that many people get very vocal on the Internet, not to hurt your feelings, but because they know manufacturers watch the boards and use public opinion in how they design and build products. I would bet you a $1,000 that C5 had a lot to do with how the C6 Camaro ended up. The Internet is a public forum very different from one on one conversations. It's just that people take opinions personal on the net as though they are being picked on directly.

Oh and looks aren't everything. My wife has a great personality and has been a good friend

Exactly, Ive seen many come out for the wood work running down the 16-18 in the last several months since the 19 came out. I guess that's okay. The same thing happened when the refresh on the gen5 happened and then again when the gen6 came. If people aren't allowed to state their opinions on a new design the what the hell are we here for? Let's pat each other on the back and say how great all our cars are so we don't hurt feeling. I prefer the truth even if it hurts.

You don't think that telling the owner of a new 19 SS that his car is ugly was personally insulting? We are a special breed and our cars are reflections of our personalities. The analogy was made to, perhaps, make you consider that shitting on Airfuel's 19 was going to far.

Go back and see who fanned flames to get this all going about the 19 and what he said. If he doesn't want to hear it he shouldn't bring it up especially in a forum that isn't about the 19. His idiotic comment about jealously prompted my response to him. It works both ways. People don't seem to grasp that concept these days.
