I beat a 2011 5.0 auto easily from a 40 roll. Bolt on's on my car obviously but it doesn't cost much to smoke a 5.0. Plus I get to keep the bada$$ LS exhaust sound.

Never planned on it being stock. Bought intending to cam.
I'm fairly sure a L99 can beat a manual stock 5.0

You must be roll racing which is deceiving. ....My friends Challenger R/T could hang with My 6.1 SRT from a 20 mph roll to about 70......We go to the track and its a different story. He had a 1.8 to my 1.9 60' I would pull hard after the 1/8th..... he ran a best of 12.8 to my 12.3 on the same day....Too many variables in roll racing......
Did he tune the VVT tables? I made 365rwhp stock 417rwhp with headers intake and tune. I ran a 12.90 stock, 11.91 with the mods listed. Till this day I haven't raced an Ls3 hit my 60fts or times with the same mods as I.

Where the VVT tables touched on those L99 cars? I have vids and timeslips maybe I do have one of the unicorn 11sec bolt on cars.

You beat a car that doesn't exist. It's either a Turbo, Turbo S, or a Carrera 4s, but there is no Turbo 4s. And it's a huge difference between a Turbo and a Carrera 4s, as in one runs high 10s low 11s stock, the other mid 12s. If it had a 4 on the rear, you beat a standard N/A Carrera 4s. Turbos trap 125+ and you're not touching that without F/I.

You're L99 has always been strong. But damn 365 rwhp is stout for stock. You prolly never will run a strong Ls3 at the track. GM did to good of a job on the A6.

My favorite run was back just after the Camaro came out in Nov. 2009, car was still stock and I had a Ferrari F355 Spider giving me hell, walked him by about 2 1/2 cars in the 1/4 and his girlfriend was laughing at him. Of course there was also the Camaros fair share of 2010 GT's and even a couple of newer mustang GT's.

I call BS on the 2010 C6 grand sport. The SS stock will not beat an LS3 C6 stock unless the C6 has a terrible driver.

We have those clowns in the jacked up trucks with obnoxious exhausts up here too, we call them "prairie rockets."
