FS: Used (Defective) Borla S-Type NPP Axle back

Not sure if there is even a market for this but I thought I would give it a try. Recently contacted Borla about my defective carbon fiber tips and they sent me a brand new axleback system. I used this for about 4 years with no issues. The model is 11924CF I believe.

Asking $500 picked up. Its kind of difficult to price something like this so any suggestions are welcome.

Im in SoCal and trying to stay away from shipping

What's wrong with the tips that makes them defective?

The clear is peeling off. Thats pretty much it.
