The same thing is happening to my car and I emailed my dealership about it. They said that their techs are constanctly trying to "bleed out air" from the cooling systems of LT engines and believe that the system "burped" up some air.

This was all based on the fact that I told him I have no leaks going on.

Question is, still, where the heck can you get pink dexcool??

Zerex DEX-Cool OEM approved product. Zerex has more OEM approvals than any other coolant company.

My dealership told me they use orange, they don't have any pink coolant. Not sure where you have found it, but please post a link to help others =).

Everything I've found online says ac Delco coolant is orange as well. A link would be helpful if you've seen it somewhere.

They probably are buying a universal product. Stick to the OEM approved products don't get hung up on color. The product I listed above is plus Zerex/Valvoline has more OEM approvals than any other coolant company.

...but I swear it's as orange as the cap on the bottle. Doesn't matter anyway, the OEM pink will slowly turn orange, no biggie.

The color transition will in a way be similar to what my daughters do with the spectrum lighting when I drive them around, one likes pink, the other prefers orange
