Still running solid. No leaks or weird noises. I changed rear spring rates for something a little stiffer. Thats it, idk about mrc but it blows base shocks and lowering springs away lol. Ready for track season

Brought the rears up to 14k. It helped cut in quite a bit. Im gonna run a few events like that then look into sway bars

I put a set on and so far that feel about 100 times better than the Eibach springs. Ride is better and cornering is ridiculous. Not a track guy just want to be able to set my ride height without giving up too much comfort. Anyone have settings they like and would share. Would be a good discussion!

I just installed my set, 8k front 12k rear swift springs. Definitely kind of a pain getting the ride height perfect side to side, especially on jack stands in my garage.
Alignment set for Tuesday, track day next Friday so we'll see how they are next week. Right now I have all 4 on the middle setting, figured it was a good place to start. |

Well, the rates are presumably kg/mm, but the BC site is unsurprisingly unhelpful when it comes to "specifications." 1 kg/mm = 56 lb/in. So an "8k" spring is 448lb/in, 12k is 672 lb/in.
