Funny....I made a double entendre without even trying. What makes it even funnier is that the co-pilot (Speed Phenom) owns two Shelbys and has a 3rd on order.

Hey guys, just got back from Demontronde Chevy in Texas City where they are showing the C8 (Elkhart blue with the polished wheels)... the car looks so, so good. It really does look even better in person like everyone is saying. I personally couldn't find a bad angle, even the rear that some complain about.

I see you are in New Hampshire, gorgeous state. I was stationed in Brunswick Maine for 2 years. I miss the small town feel of rural New England (not the cold winters though).
Congrats guys, that really cool and I hope to have that experience one day. Design and build, choose the spot, sounds wonderful!!!

HAHAHAHAHA....you really did. "Why did he do that to us?"

SP seems like a pretty cool kid actually, in that video he did anyway. The GT500 is the best thing to happen to that kid lol, and his dad's money of course.

Oh man!!! I had no idea. Maybe I can get down there this weekend.

Didnt realize you were in my neck of the woods. That Demontronde family has always been great to my friends and I down here, and the dealers are willing to deal too.

It would of been cheaper to by a existing house, but it’s hard to get them the way you want. Plus not many spots that I can wake up to this. Just had a small ice storm.

When I saw it at the international motortrend car show I thought the same, didn't like it much in pics but in person it's way better. My only complaint really are the wheels, awful imo lol, I'm sure the Z cars will have better options though.

My man, you need to get down there by 7pm today!

But, it's going to Alvin next. Let me look it up on the corvetteforum...

Wow, the C8 dealership tour has been a sticky in the C8 section of corvetteforum for months and it's gone now. I just saw it two days ago!

Pretty sure Alvin is next though and it may be tomorrow.

I don't like the wheels either, but I was pleasantly surprised at how "not bad" they looked. I prefer the high spoke look like an OZ superturismo or 314 method race wheels (have those on my truck), but wheel tastes vary so much between people.

Exactly!! You got something awesome there man.

Its possible to love a house you buy I am sure, but I bet its tough to match feeling at home in the place you built for you and your family.
