K&N air filter cleaning kit

Can I use this cleaning kit on my roto-fab cai...it comes with the cleaning solution and the oil you add when done?

Yep, same stuff really. The only difference really would be a dry filter vs. oiled might take different cleaning solution. But cleaning the oiled filters is all the same.

The K@N oil is red. Have you done this before?

Make sure you let it dry in the sun for a bit.....also dont soak the filter in oil. Hold it in your left hand away from you.....spray the entire filter lightly..you will see the spots on the filter you missed...continue till the entire filter is red.

Nope. I tried it on mine and the oil would never dry. Get one of the precision kits like they recommend. It is worth it and works very well.

This was very easy.....if your talking about they way I did it. The oil doesn't dry. It stays just a little tacky.
